Small group strength training specifically for women looking to get sporty and strong. In this circuit style class, you can expect to use dumbbells, barbells, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls and bodyweight exercises.  You don't need to be a competitive athlete to train like an athlete! Total body training is the way to go! You not only experience a superior conditioning workout BUT get super hero strong!

SkiFit/RideFit ski and snowboard training

SkiFit/RideFit is high energy, small group strength and conditioning circuit training.

Each session is  thoughtfully designed for the demands of  alpine skiing and riding.

High School athletic training Summer camps

Small group (max 8) athletic training for incoming 9th- 12th graders. Train and improve agility, balance, coordination and speed. Build strength, develop power. Take your training and knowledge to the next level for optimal performance in your chosen sports.

Men’s group strength classes

Small group strength training for DAD’S & DUDES looking to regain some of their former athletic glory!

With proven training methods, participants will develop power, strength and build muscle. Focused core and trunk work will bullet proof your spine along with the mobility and stretching work to keep you moving well.

This is the ultimate strength and conditioning experience. Build muscle, transform your body and mind and get after it.

Introduction to strength & fitness

In these sessions we will introduce and develop the fundamental elements of strength training. Helping you build functional and usable strength in a thoughtful, holistic and personalized way.

Never worked out before but would like to give organized strength and fitness training a try? Then this class is for you. 

Are you returning to activity after an injury and would like some expert guidance and coaching as you ease back in and ramp back up?   Then this class is for you!
